Alice and Barry were recommended to us by friends who recently had purchased a house through them. After we met with both Alice and Barry, we felt that we were in ‘capable hands’. They listened to us, took notes and walked us through the current market status. As we were first time home buyers, the overview we received from them helped us a lot to realize the current market conditions and prioritize our needs in terms of our home purchase.
Right after we started working with Alice and Barry, we felt that they cared about us. We trusted them and we were very comfortable while we were on the house-hunt with them. They did their best to provide us with their professional advice and expertise. But this is not everything they did for us! After the move in, my husband and I found out that the previous owner had taken away one of the brand-name kitchen appliances and was trying to replace it with a cheap version of it. Instead of being happy, my husband and I were very, very upset and we could not believe how cheap someone could be.
And then Alice and Barry did something amazing – they bought us a new appliance (same brand as the rest of the kitchen appliances: a very expensive one)! They simply said they would like us to be happy and to enjoy our first home! How generous is that?! We could not wish to have more caring, and at the same time more professional realtors. Above and beyond – this is how far Alice and Barry went for us!

As a first time home buyer, I had many questions and concerns about the whole process. Alice and Barry welcomed my questions, and every single email or phone call I initiated was returned at super-speed, usually within mere minutes. They were never too busy for me. And even though I know they were working with many other clients at the same time, I was always made to feel like I was their only client.
And so, as ecstatic as I am on the eve of moving into my first home, I must confess that I will miss working with both Alice and Barry.
